What we can help with

Most messages we receive fall into a handful of categories. Saying which one applies in your first email — and including your school or institution if it is relevant — usually gets you a useful answer in one reply instead of three.

  • Plans, billing, and invoicing. Questions about what a plan includes, evaluation limits, upgrading or downgrading, purchase orders, and cancellations. The current tiers and limits are listed on the pricing page, which answers most of these before you need to write to us.
  • Google Classroom setup. Connecting your Classroom account, importing assignments and rosters, and syncing grades back to your gradebook — including the permissions your school domain administrator may need to approve first.
  • Rubric and grading workflow help. Building a rubric that grades well, adapting criteria for a specific course or assignment type, reviewing and adjusting AI scores, and exporting feedback for students.
  • FERPA and student-data questions. How student work is processed, stored, and retained, and what we can put in writing for a district privacy review. Our student data and FERPA page covers the standing answers.
  • Enterprise and district evaluation. Pilots, custom evaluation limits, admin controls, security review, and procurement paperwork for schools and universities.

Email inquiries are answered in the order they arrive, and enterprise or district questions are usually best handled on a scheduled call rather than over email. If you want to know more about the team behind the product first, read about EduSageAI.
